This limited-edition fine-art print is from Christiana Vasilas' "Part of the "Evzones on Fifth" series showcased at the Consulate General of Greece in New York's 2023 official Greek Independence Day Celebration. Her series is part of her “Modern Evzone - Guardains of Tradition” collection celebrating our armed forces, Hellenic Spirit, & honors the heroes of 1821 whose memory is woven into every stitch of the stoles. Christiana is the first Greek - American woman to be invited by the Office of the Military for the President of Greece and the Commander of the Presidential Guard to accompany the Evzones.
